Effective 2026-06-09. PhotoSahi ("we", "our", "us") operates https://photosahi.com.

1. Your images stay on your device

All processing happens in your browser. Your image is never uploaded to any server. Every resize, crop, compress, and format conversion happens in your browser using the HTML5 Canvas API and (where applicable) WebAssembly codecs. We have no upload endpoint. We have no server-side image storage. We do not, and cannot, see, copy, share, or sell the images you process.

2. What we do collect

We collect the minimum required to run the site:

• Privacy-respecting analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track you across sites. It records aggregate page views, referrer, browser type, and country at a coarse level.
• Standard server logs. Our host (Cloudflare Pages) records IP addresses and request metadata for short periods for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
• Emails you send us. If you email us, we keep that conversation for as long as needed to answer you.

3. Cookies

We use no analytics cookies. We may store a small piece of data in your browser's local storage to remember your consent preferences (see §4). If third-party advertising is later enabled (see §4), those vendors may set cookies on your device — only after you consent.

4. Advertising (currently disabled)

We intend to fund this site through unobtrusive display advertising, primarily through Google AdSense. At the time you are reading this, advertising may be disabled — check whether you see any ads on the page.

When advertising is enabled:

• Google and its ad partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• You will be shown a consent banner. Ads will not load until you grant consent.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

5. Legal bases & your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and — where applicable — the EU/UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].

6. Children

PhotoSahi is a general-audience utility. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update the "Effective" date above whenever this policy changes. Material changes will be noted on the home page for a reasonable period.
